What We Do

We see ourselves as a connector and resource aggregator. We are a one-stop resource for a female science student to access the role models, community, and resources that she needs to become a woman in STEM. We are connecting with communities and creating communities. And for each community, we give them visibility on our website. This two-fold approach of creating in-person connections and utilizing online resources is important. We believe that resources for women in science were very scattered. It is hard to find out about them, to access them, and many resources were not reaching the right audience. This is a waste! Thus, we aim to be a one stop- easy to navigate resource for all students. Our campus directors work to make all resources on their campus easily accessible on their campus web pages.
