Register for the Symposium by purchasing a ticket here. You may use the presenter discount code "ABSTRACT" to receive 25% off your student ticket! Please purchase your ticket by no later than March 17th.
Rent your poster stand. The cost to rent your poster stand is $12.00. The stand will be set up and ready for you on the day of the Symposium. We will provide tacks as well. Please complete your poster stand rental using the form below by no later than March 17th.
How to Rent: Please rent your poster via paypal by sending $12.00 to The Scientista Foundation through our donation form. > Link to Form
If you do not have a paypal account, please contact Becky at symposium@scientistafoundation.com to arrange an alternative form of payment.
Print your poster Posters should be no larger than 4' x 4'. We will not be providing poster printing services for the symposium. However, here are some local printing services, if you need print your poster in the Boston area (for travel reasons or otherwise). Please remember to allow for ample time to contact these companies for quotes and for actual printing.
