Campus Team Member
Scientista is launching a new initiative to build campus chapters at Historically Black Colleges & Universities, Hispanic Serving Institutions, and Junior and Community Colleges toward our goal of supporting women from historically underrepresented groups in STEM. We are looking for 2 individuals to join our Campus team, under the guidance of our Campus Co-Directors, to help recruit and onboard these new chapters and to support their growth with dedicated resources, virtual events, and mentorship. You will also receive one-on-one mentorship from the Scientista Executive Team and Board of Directors. No experience is necessary to apply but previous experience with a Scientista chapter or program is a plus. Strong candidates will have a clear passion for increasing diversity and fostering inclusive excellence in the STEM community. To apply, email a cover letter and resume to Executive Director, Jackie Giovanniello at jackie@scientistafoundation.org.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and editing skills, a strong writing voice that will appeal to students and young professionals, a knack for being friendly while offering constructive criticism, an interest in STEM and Scientista's mission, and the ability to stick to and enforce deadlines.
