Michelle Joy Wang, contributing writer and copy editor for Scientista. I am a Neurobiology and Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies joint concentrator at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. I've always loved science and writing, so I was so excited when I came on campus as a freshman to see that there were so many opportunities to combine those two passions of mine. I love that WISE Words is using writing and online social media to helping to empower women to be leaders in the science community! (Michelle notes that in her picture, she is eating eating macaroons- her favorite pastime!)
Mina ChangMina Chang, copy editor for Scientista, holds a B.A. in Government Studies from Harvard College. As former editor-in-chief of the Harvard Asia Pacific Review and senior editor of the Harvard International Review, Mina was excited to join the Scientista team as a copy editor in order to gain greater exposure to the sciences. Moreover, the spirit of Scientista--to encourage young women to recognize their own potential--continually serves as a source of personal inspiration for Mina.
