Presidents' Circle Resources < For You

Mailing Lists and Discussion Forums

Use our Presidents' Circle exclusive discussion forums (Google group and Facebook group) to connect with like-minded campus presidents from across the nation. The success of the forums depends on how much you post and respond to each other's posts, so we encourage you to be an active member!

The PC regional mailing lists are a safe space to share leadership advice, event ideas, and to initiate intercollegiate collaborations with Scientista Presidents' Circle members in your area.

The Scientista Social Regional lists are open to all college and graduate women in science to discuss and share content and upcoming events. We encourage you to invite the members of your campus organizations to join and participate!  As leaders of women in science organization, we encourage you to share interesting science headlines with the scientistas in your area and to develop your own voice and opinions. You can also use these lists to share news about your organizations and upcoming events that are open to students from other campuses.
Annual Board Meeting
As members of the Presidents' Circle, you are all invited to attend our annual Presidents Circle Board Meeting. You will have the opportunity to discuss the advancement and empowerment of pre-professional women in science with campus leaders, as well as professional women in science from across the nation. The 2012 Board meeting time and location is TBD, and will be emailed to you once available.

Leadership Opportunities at Scientista
The Scientista Foundation is a new organization that is quickly expanding! We will soon have new leadership opportunities available, which will be open to members of the Presidents Circle. Future positions will include regional directors, as we expand across the country, and various roles at our national conference. If you are interested in taking on a future leadership role, send us an email! (contact@scientistafoundation.com, subj: Presidents Circle Leadership)

New Opportunity: Become a regional officer for summer 2012! Organize socials and events for Scientistas in your city.
